hi, im anne

i 'm a software enthusiast, hoarder of hobbies , and coffee afficionado. find me digging through trash for tinkerable hardware materials, reading fanfics and murder mysteries or listening to taylor swift on repeat. i mostly spend my time doing web development, with react, astro, p5.js and tailwind, messing around with figma and solving cryptic puzzles. i also dabble in things like cad-ding, designing pcbs, building useful developer tools, and working on my homelab.

projects

most of my projects are privated on github but here are things i've recently worked on:

  • - sculptura is an open source budget corexy 3d printer built from scratch with the aim of printing decorative pieces & working with filaments like silk pla, marble pla, wood pla etc.
  • - cryptpad is a gothic fully customized macropad paired w handwritten kmk firmware for shortcuts of your choice
  • - snippetify is a lightweight notetaking browser extension & a research productivity tool with minimalistic pastel ui for local storing without any account creation needed

community involvement

i've attended several hackathons and was the lead organizer for counterspell delhi and scrapyard delhi , hackathons held in new delhi, india. we were fiscally sponsored by hack club had microsoft india as a venue sponsor and yubico/gen.xyz as in-kind sponsors. i'm the leader of a local girls-in-tech club called code & cipher where we promote feminism + teach financially underprivileged middle school girls how to code.

additionally, i'm active in communities like the hack club slack and girls who code discord server and volunteer at women in security and privacy. and anitab.org. i enjoy making contributions to open source and participate in hacktoberfest annually.

academics

i'm a high school senior interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity, privacy & digital forensics. i'll be majoring in computer science and criminal justice at university and plan on attending law school afterwards. i've been a girls who code summer immersion program participant and a kode with klossy scholar twice and am preparing for the comptia network+ certificate.
